The Queen Studio Suite was spacious, making it great for a family with children. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the friendly staff added to a pleasant atmosphere. However, I encountered issues with inconsistent room service, sheets didn't seem freshly laundered and required multiple requests for assistance. Additionally, the location, while convenient to shopping, could benefit from better onsite management as there seemed to be confusion at check-in relating to room allocations.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored the nearby national park and went hiking. The hotel was clean and had a nice pool. Great amenities like fridges and microwaves in the room were super helpful for our snacks. Would definitely recommend staying here!
